Pros

Good money good benefits usually some cool coworkers

Cons

Poor management, some supervisors finger pointers and have their preset favorities ...some are good. Hard to figure out at first. True colors always hard at times. I made suggestions that were used and not compensated for and then when I got let go for reasons out of my control that in the end we're actually BOGUS because they were incorrectly processed against me by an outside party which delayed my return to work which made me ultimately lose my job I was good at. In the end the company wouldn't work with me like they claimed they would to help me get my job back for an error made by a very reputable source I will not name here.

Pros

Coworkers were good people, except a few snakes.

Cons

Base level management had no clue. Assistant supervisor at the time who I trained was a backstabber.
