Pros

Very collegial culture. Respect is geven by virtually all faculty whom I have encountered. The Student body is composed of intelligent, disciplined and very respectful young men and women.

Cons

The Budget is always a challenge, so programs that could serve the students are occasionally limited to address this issue. Part Time Lecturers are not offered benefits package.

Pros

Loved it because of that fact that the jobs require being and sociable person therefore everyone there is that.

Cons

You can be over worked sometimes and wonder if you are actually appreciated. Sometimes things are done to offset this feeling though.
