Pros

You gain valuable customer service skills. You help students with technical problems. You learn something new about different software. Many opportunities to advance. Flexible hours, you basically choose your shifts around your schedule at the beginning of each semester.

Cons

Repetitive training sessions each semester. You may encounter some pretty upset or ignorant students who think they are entitled to not follow lab policy.
