Worst job I have ever had

Pros

Fairly flexible work hours; good benefits; good salary

Cons

No communication from mid and upper managment; do not perform regular annual reviews; forget about any raises or recognition of good work; if you're in a non-union position you get no raises, no reviews, no potential for promotion - just horrible environment to work in; could be different in other departments/divisions

Pros

It was close to me. Positive work environment with great co-oworkers. Fun, social environment at work which makes the job less miserable.

Cons

The pay was not very good for the work I was doing. Not much room for growth and an immense pressure to perform.
