      Great people who have a vast background in many fields that can actually hold an intelligent conversation. Work environment is cultured.

      Cons

      Longer hours of commitment is like any other job that has to be fulfilled through time and schedule. Need to have a life.

      Pros

      Ability to input the hours you'd like to work, can schedule around classes and other engagements. Ability to learn many hard & soft skills in a comfortable environment. Can do schoolwork or study while on duty (as long as responsibilities are managed).

      Cons

      Not much flexibility or cohesiveness between locations across campuses. You are bound almost entirely to your specific Lab.

      Pros

      Learn customer service skills and computer troubleshooting with little prior experience. Various promotion opportunities Generally a good atmosphere to work with fellow students.

      Cons

      Sometimes it takes everyone to get the job done and not every person hired is a team player or knowledgeable in troubleshooting. Management can be somewhat clicky but are easy to get along with.
