Pros
It's a student-centric organization, with many colleagues who care about students. Staff works very independently from one another.
Cons
Average benefits package. When compared to corporate benefit packages, below average. I was full-time faculty. My manager, the Department Chair, was too busy to manage 50 staff. No personal relationship. It may be tough to get help when needed, because everyone is working so independently.
