Pros

Lots to learn if given opportunities Lots of food available, all the time Good opportunities given if you are a people person

Cons

People speaking in regional languages No knowledge sharing at all. People holding on to the knowledge base to create a hold in the company. Unless you are a yes man and always ready to agree, you won't be noticed Highly unprofessional No sense of privacy or respect of others time Laid back office hours, people coming in after 9.30, stay back until 6pm. No experienced management team Feedback never taken seriously

Cons

Company is still new and growing, so it is still stumbling through policies and best practices. Hang on through this growth, you'll regret missing out.

Pros

Forward moving company with great values and a solid mission statement. Offers a full benefits package, including generous PTO. Company challenges the standard work environment by providing more flexibility to their employees in order to assist in creating a better work/life balance. Upper level executives maintain an open-door standard and welcome new ideas. Young company with many opportunities to learn and grow! Company offers several opportunities to engage with co-workers, which creates a healthy work culture – including common areas for socializing and collaborating, whiteboard walls for drafting ideas, catered lunch every Friday, daily snacks, drinks, social events and outings – there are also massage chairs!
