Company is growing and located at good place.

Cons

Worst company ever i have worked with they even change your salary structure after joining the company. They even force there employees to write good review. HR are almost fresher they don't know how to talk with there employees.

Nepotism and Politics Rule Here

The company is growing at a rapid pace so there is a lot to learn.

Cons

Company is growing, but the C-Staff are incompetent. Due to nepotism, the CEO is blind to all the politics and lack of experience of his direct staff. They do not know how to run a company that is growing rapidly. Politics also runs wild here due to lack of diversity and "the family" running the business. Culture is absolutely horrible. They often speak in their native tongue instead of English, which is not only respectful to other employees, but also extremely unprofessional.
