      There are no Pros when you’re brought onboard with below market salaries.

      Cons

      Don’t want to pay market rates, yet expects you to work above and beyond. Will expect you to be an all rounder and do tasks that are not in your job description. Will manipulate tasks as you get older in the company. No talk of raise. No career growth.

      Pros

      I’ve been with RxSource for less than a year now and I’m so happy. The people at RxSource are great professionals in the true sense of the word and still very down to earth which makes up for a wonderfully refreshing and energetic work environment!

      I really cannot think of any cons.

      Great multicultural team to work with. Opportunity to work on new projects with Managers who tend to motivate and simultaneously provide regular feedback. Not every working day is monotonous.

      Work stress that is manageable.
