Some cool people in the company

Cons

The list is endless. Management is run by two jokes. Neither of which know how to treat people or run a company. They are not transparent with employees and try to spin the company as being more successful than it is. There are a ton of false reviews on Glassdoor. If you see anything hyping up the fact that the company is growing, do not believe it. They laid off a ton of people in the fall of 2022. They are quick to hire, but there is no stability in a company like this. Ask about retention rates...it's pathetic how often people leave.

-The product sells itself to the right customer -Leadership has created goals that are easily achievable and rewarded -Clear promotion path -Everyone has a good attitude and is ready to work -Everything is remote

Cons

-Some new hires in the 2021 frenzy were lacking skill. It’s unfortunate that we had to slightly reduce headcount, but those layed off were beyond underperforming -Not a lot of communication between depts.

The company wants to move forward and is progressive. The product is good enough to ward off any faults at least in the short term

Cons

They can't get out of their own way, meaning there are great ideas and potential partnerships, but little ability to execute. Also, there is pending competition on the horizon, but no awareness of it
