You won't find better benefits and people
Pros
Benefits, benefits, and benefits. This company is always reevaluating their benefits based on what the employees are wanting including salary comparisons for your area and your position. Sabbaticals, PTO, and insurance are also great things about this company. Even outside of benefits, the people that work here are great between co-workers, managers, and principles and directors. All of the higher ups take a very active roll in helping the many, many employees of the company. The flexibility the company provides allows for a true work life balance not just the promise of one but the company wants you to unwind and come back even stronger.
Cons
There are always downsides to an organization; however, I have worked here for three years so far and plan to work many, many more. I would say the only thing I have noticed is that because people stay here so long and want to stay their is some favoritism as far as who gets what projects.
