      Terrible company culture and management

      Working from home (depending on team and manager) Reimbursement for parking/commuter

      Cons

      I worked here for a year or so and at first the ability to work from home made me love the company. However, I was never given enough work and because there was never anyone in the office, there was little to no training. Ryan has terrible management that fails to adequately delegate work to their lower levels and then blames the staff level employees for it.

      Pros

      The Property Tax Practices are the best in the industry. The Complex, Commercial and Compliance Practice Leaders and the Partners that I worked with, especially those in the Dallas office, are extremely friendly, fair, and always try to "do right" by their employees.

      Cons

      Because Ryan's Property Tax Practices are the largest and best in the industry, there is no shortage of clients or work to be done.
