Pros

- The "Why"- doing what we do for our clients so they pay what they owe, no more and no less - Company Drive for Success - Ability for each employee to be an owner of their own success- as long as they have the initiative to find the path and put in the effort - Flexibility - Compensation - Communication

Cons

- A High drive for success can sometimes cause a high stress environment but training and team environment can provide tools for dealing with stressful times - Spreading out of practice teams across the US can lead to some limitations and consistency for hands-on and effective training of managers and staff.

Pros

Where do I start? Pay based on performance.....flexible work environment with myRyan....client facing.....monthly team-building allowance to bond with team....reimbursement for health club membership....strong Purpose and Core Values that everyone lives up to....reward points to give to co-workers to recognize performance...and so much more.

Cons

High growth company that sometimes experiences growing pains. No big deal. There is so much opportunity that I find myself working a lot. It is a "con" but a "pro" because of the high growth and opportunity for myself and others.

Transport, Yes! that's the only pro.

Cons

Company is full of politics and favoritism, they don't give value to below TL employees (they ask for your opinion to only make you think that they care about you). If you raise your voice about any issue, action will be taken against you, their primary weapon is that they never speak F2F, they will wait for right moment and back stab you. Management plays with hikes and promotions and they believe that its a best policy. Team leaders and Managers behave like a college teachers in company. Though every corporate companies have HR to take care if they encounter any of the problems, but here in Hyderabad they are super Manager friendly. So it is easy for the Management to play with you. Team Leaders control there team as they are their own kids. If you take breaks while working you are under observation. Million questions are asked if leave taken. Mangers puppy can get 3 days a vacation irrespective of work load. No matter how much hard you work, credit is always taken by higher management. On the name of professional Taxation, they make you work on PDF and Excel, a perfect DATA ENTRY JOB. There is no scope for learning . Company more looks like a Ford Mustang from outside but inside it is powered with MARUTHI 800 cc. Higher Management works very hard to hide all the cons from respective CEO and Directors. Kudos! to Hyderabad leadership team for fooling everyone around and making there pocket full.
