Cons
1.Professional growth is very slow for tenured employees. 2.Salary in not at par with market, need a serious look into for revisions and corrections. Especially for tenured and loyal staff. 3.No interest in retaining staff. 4.IJP's are really not fair selections, they are biased and rolled out with people in mind, causing false hopes to other applicants. 5.Hiring completely focused towards campus (fresher) hiring. What about getting tenure and expertise from outside market. Employee referrals are not even called for interviews and followed up. Why only Campus (Showcasing referral bonus savings as hiring cost saving)?
