Pros

Being a fresher, I should say that I enjoy work at Ryan, reason being everybody is treated fairly. I was a part of the Floor meet in the first month and was given an opportunity to introduce myself to all the employees. This was a kick start to my work. Ryan holds a history of 25 long prosperous years. The team leads and task leads are well versed and have mastered their tasks. They review the work on weekly bi weekly and monthly basis to improvise the process. May be this is the major reason to drive towards 100% client satisfaction. As a result, Ryan is the five-time recipient of the International Service Excellence Award from the Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA). I also see a lot of young and energetic lot filled with graduates and post graduates and well experienced managers to lead and guide them. I definitely feel that it’s a great place to work.

Cons

As a fresher,i don't feel any at this point in time.
