This has to be one of the best places to work as I have worked in 2 different companies before I started working with Ryan and with full confident I say that it is an amazing place to work, better facilities compared to other big 4 companies, transparent management, and one of the great leader my reporting manager. He is always there to help, very approachable, understands concerns....Whenever I have a problem let it be personal or professional he is always there to advise, amazing person...and Company is doing all possible things to make this a better place..Looking for a long term relationship with my manager and company.....

Cons

Nothing really to talk about... as it is better then the big two firms that i worked previously....so love to work here..

Pros

I received a 3,000 bonus to start. It's in downtown Los Angeles easy accessible. Ryan pays for your parking and gym membership, but you never have time to go.

Cons

You work 15 hours plus daily including weekends, so no family time. Pay is below the standard 50k to start. Good old boy good old girl place. Demotivating place to work for. Management doesn't care, you have to brown nose. No good raises nor bonuses. Managements culture is pretty bad. Stay away from this place. If you can don't work here

Pros

Since the size of the organization is small, we are getting an opportunity to learn new things besides our day to day operations. We may not have these kinds of opportunities in other organizations. I am glad to be a part of this organization

Cons

Some of the Senior Associate team members are not happy with their career progression considering that it is stagnant. Respective managers should look at identifying new opportunities for them to keep them happy and focused on their tasks.
