Pros
Above the market benefits. We have a work-life balance here. Been working for over 11 years now and this, I believe, is the best company that I have worked for so far. You'd really feel that the company takes care of its employees.
Cons
I am reporting to a US management, so the culture is great. No micromanaging. However, the Philippine Senior Manager to be specific is very out of touch. We barely see him acting as a leader. Most of the time he'll be in the onsite and you'll never know because he is hidden in his office. He's like a guest every time he's here, to be honest. He also likes to have other people do his work.
