Pros

Dynamic organization with a strong strategic vision for growth. The MyRyan flexible work program is a huge benefit. Very professional environment that works hard toward providing superior client service.

Cons

Managing growth in a dynamic workplace is always a challenge, but executive leadership is working hard to sustain our superior client service levels, our firm culture and managing postive growth.

Pros

-A dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment that rewards creativity and hard work. -The flexible work program (myRyan) is for real. You are expected to work and produce results, but when and where you do it is up to the employee. -Potential for above-market earnings achievement based on results achieved for clients -Strong emphasis on learning and professional development. -Unique benefits such as gym membership and generous parking allowance

Cons

-The 401K match is subpar for a company of this size. -Compensation plan often rewards self-interest over doing the right thing for the firm. -Policies and procedures are suffocating and antiquated.

A Special, Unique Culture

Pros

The culture at Ryan is very special – and it is toxic as some reviewers note – to slackers and underperformers. It’s like t-cells attacking a virus. We are a driven group of professionals that are trying to change an industry. We believe everyone can achieve work-life success, if they are willing to work for it. Those that aren’t willing to work for it, need not apply here.

Cons

Changing an industry is hard. There is no short-cut and many people don't have the stamina for it.
