      Pros

      Working at Ryan has enabled me to grow in my position with a ton of hands on experience and the opportunities to learn from seasoned professionals as I have worked with various practice lines.

      Cons

      I have not experienced much in the way of downside. There is great work life balance and Ryan is a place that you will get exactly out of it what you put into it.

      Ryan is a great place to work if you are fast learner and eager to succeed. The opportunities for financial and professional success are unmatched in the industry. In addition, MyRyan allows employees to take responsibility for their contribution to the firm while managing their personal life in a way that provides a better quality of life.

      I love working at Ryan!

      Pros

      If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and a belief in if you work hard you'll be rewarded, then you'll like working at Ryan. I have been able to rise to a caliber that I never thought I'd be afforded due to the fact that I showed Principals that I am capable of getting the job done. If you like to stay in your own little "cubicle" and not attempt to work too hard or show others that you're NOT "in it to win it," then Ryan isn't the place for you.

      Cons

      Every company has cons, but I feel Ryan has very few. The biggest con is that the salary hasn't been reassessed to the cost of living increase. I have heard it through the grape vine, however, that they are evaluating this at the moment.
