Pros

Have mentioned all the pros available in my previous review titled - Striving hard to get better.

Cons

I have some more cons to mention here: 1) I want to explain with an example why I said the work culture is very negative at Ryan. There are many teams in the company, and the team members happen to be friends with one or more from other teams. If at all a team member is found going for a break, lunch or dinner with other team member, he/she will be called to a huddle room and will be given a feedback as not to go around with anyone else who is not a part of our team. If the guy continues going with others, he will be given a strict warning and chances of his growth, hike and all would be stalled. Another example, a team member has to obey whatever his/her RC says and if the RC behaves inappropriately and when the team member complaints that to the TL or AM, he/she would be asked to adjust and stay calm because they think that an RC has all rights to shout, yell and do whatever that his/her mind thinks. This is reality in this company. No one can deny the fact that all the employees are not treated the same way. There is no balanced platform. 2) Except for property taxes, no other teams are given importance. I agree that PTS forms the major chunk in the business, but that cannot be a justification to ignore other businesses. Each business is unique and each of them has their own importance. 3) There are some managers (I don't mean Asst. Manager) who never come to their teams and talk. There are no discussion or appropriate feedback session between a manager and his team members. There is a partiality system that overcomes all the good that can happen.
