      Pros

      Excellent flexibility and forward thinking company. If you have read the book 'Drive' by Daniel Pink, you will know what I mean. I enjoy coming to work and being around my coworkers. Everyone hired for the company seems to be very down to earth and friendly, as it is required that you interact with our clients and government authorities. Ryan understands the importance of continuing education and we are given the best training in the industry. This includes training in communication skills, writing, and anything you are interested in.

      Cons

      Not all tax practices are created equal. Some are high stress in order to meet the team's revenue benchmark, while others are not so much.
