Pros

Pros of working at this company are that they are very flexible, allow you to work from home in most cases, and have really strong teams that focus on growth and development.

Cons

Expectations are quite high. If you are not up for working extremely hard, then this may not be the job for you. They demand results and excellence and tend to try and weed out people who do not meet those expectations.

Pros

-One of the best places to start one's career. ( for freshers) - Over the past 2 years, the company has brought lot of changes in terms of compensation, benefits, additional benefits and a lot more. - The management is very good and they are always open to suggestions, ideas and mostly importantly feedback. - When every organization was downsizing during the Pandemic, Ryan was one of the only few which was continuously hiring throughout the year and are still hiring. - the working conditions are very flexible especially during the WFH phase, they have made it very convenient for the employees. - They don't stress on how many leaves you are taking, they understand every employee and take the decisions accordingly. - They are many committees that are continuously working towards the betterment of all the employees which actually is building confidence and trust in the employees. - Reviewers have to understand that Ryan is a growing company and cannot be compared to the Big 4 as they are well structured and established companies and Ryan is still growing. - If you stick long enough, You will be rewarded as time goes.

Cons

-Ryan is mostly for freshers ( graduates) straight out of college as they teach you everything from the scratch. Don't recommend the Post Graduates as whatever specializations you take are irrelevant here. - Post Graduates earn a lot more in other companies compared to Ryan , In Ryan PG's are treated at the same level as Graduates which is the biggest setback at Ryan. - There is only one branch in Hyderabad, India so it is difficult to see in the future if the company will still be functioning in India as it's just been 8 years.
