      I don't have any positive points to mention.

      Cons

      - Lack of diversity - Unprofessional behavior in HR; they are very rude and calculated - Managers don't inform you about work issues, but will go to HR. - Managers yell and scream at employees in front of others - Politics and favoritism - Allowed to take notes during training, but not allowed to ask questions later. - Micromanagement is uncomfortable - Work piled on without ensuring understanding of all concepts, only care about the bottom line. - Need to update our computer systems to reduce stress and improve efficiency.

      Pros

      Work/life balance is good, but it really depends what department you work in and what team you’re on.

      Cons

      Low salary, company is way too large and does not do a good job of making you feel valued. No salary bump other than standard cost of living in 10 years, even after promotion. They are constantly acquiring new companies and swallowing up all the competition. It seems like that’s what’s most important. Their own monopolizing growth. But not the growth of the employees.
