      They offer standard 401k, health insurance

      Cons

      No transparency. Poor salary & bonus compensation plans. Disconnected management. Management unwilling to support all employees. If you are a team lead, you are granted lots of grace from upper management. Career trajectory continually changing, with no advancement opportunities. 4 tenured employees who were not team leads resigned in a month. HR sends proper PTO encouragement emails, though the team discourages you from PTO and may remove support and resources. If you aren’t a lead, want to have unreasonable expectations and to be set up for failure.. go for it.

      Loss of some very good insurance leaders and reckless influence of Senior sales team leadership on Corporate stewardship.

      Tornado full of cash, lots of advancement opportunities, some very talented achievers and a huge profit margin as an organization

      Cons

      Leadership is psychotic, org charts do not reflect reality, coming and goings are confidential and undiscussed
