      The pay was pretty decent

      Cons

      This place was incredibly disorganized, the people were unnecessarily competitive and cruel, management was inept and racist

      Pros

      There are benefit and the technical job is easy if you can count and count all day long.

      Cons

      Some people are great to be your coworker and others are toxic. Upper management only views you as a number or a body. It's a grueling 10 hours a day and every other week (sometimes every week) you're expected to work one of the weekend days. There is no life/work balance.
