Pros

Work life balance, fair pay, team players on the recruiting team.

Cons

Upper management does not help support their team even when they are made aware of the obstacles their team faces. Solutions are identified but ultimately not received or welcomed. The upper echelons speak about growth mindset and to speak up with any new ideas but that is never the case.

Pros

Strong bonus structure for management. New process-improvement culture adding benefit to employees and shareholders. Rigorous review process that leaves nothing out.

Cons

Horrible benefits, expectation of 50 hour weeks, working vacations. Everyone is pushed so hard due to the overall leanness of the company. Highly compensated employees are only able to contribute 6% to 401K due to federal regulations, and company matching is well below industry standard. All groups are understaffed, making any sort of a project management job an effort in futility as you know deep in your mind that the project is in jeopardy from the time you kickoff.
