Weekly pay and work without supervision

Cons

Literally 15 years behind on all systems, operations, policies, and procedures. Training was non existent and there’s always a shortage of vehicles which means angry customers. Not to mention vehicles breaking down left and right with no alternatives. One of the most high stress jobs you’ll ever work... unless you become an ER nurse.
