Pros
Flexible time and project management. I as long as you get the job responsibilities and expectations done you were free to handle the position as you deem fit.
Cons
Disconnected management. even though upper management traveled to our location constantly they seemed disconnected with what was going on and I observed several times the actual disregard for under management success. Pay scale was not equal or fair according to the responsibilities doled out. I was also taken advantage off in the fact that the company put my cell phone on the business card, but offered no reimbursement. So low pay and weak benefit all around..
