Pros

Well established, stable company with a formal career growth program. Opportunites exist for a wide range of career paths in the growing logistics industry.

Cons

Some areas are not up-to-date technologically (ie., still using Focus based software). Promotions and advancements are often times based on office politics.

Pros

Good place to work. I have a good relationship with senior management and our customer. They are open to different ideas and are extremely safety conscience.

Cons

Raises are few and far between. In 3 years, I personally have only received 1 raise (2%), and have not given a raise to any of my employees once they pass the mandatory minimum raises they receive after 6 months and 1 year of service. Equipment that we use is not the best. We always use trucks with 300,000 miles pluse on them.
