      The pay is good. Once you get to the next level you can make very good money in less than a year.

      Cons

      Sometimes people are moved up to the next level without being shown how to do things in the correct manner.

      Overall good place to work, management expects you to produce.if sales are on quota no problems......if not have to answer to regional VP's

      Cons

      Everything is sales/ quota based....if you are on quota it is smooth sailing with great compensation...but if in a market that is small quota is hard to acheive and the heat will be on!!!

      This job is a great resume builder and a good entry level position. You are granted alot of autonomy and are directly related to the business unit performance

      Cons

      The company is not filling any positions because of the economy, so this makes it difficult to be promoted. Training has also dropped off because of cuts throughout the company.
