      Pros

      Great hourly worker. Easy to maintain goals.

      Cons

      Management infighting is rampant and reminds you of kids in a playground. They constantly try to sabotage other managers regularly.

      You get a lunch break

      Cons

      Management won’t back you up on anything No HR to speak of You will work 60+ hours per week, and work Saturdays/Sundays Management will demean you and condescend any time you have a question Blatant racism No structure or order in any part of the warehouse, furniture is dangerously stored and employees are poorly trained. Causes an extremely unsafe environment. Employees will smoke and do drugs on the property. They even found marijuana in a locker, and simply hid it and did not call police, did not fire employee that brought it in.
