Pros

Quick response to COVID. Allowed employees to work from home as soon as the pandemic was announced.

Cons

Pay is not in line with market value. Will absolutely overwork workers with strong work ethic while others sit around and do nothing. Training is poor for weekend staff. Support is also very low for weekend staff, you will end up doing your job plus 2 more at the very least.

Pros

You can make good money in this position

Cons

the management sucks. They completely only care about people if you play golf and are friends with everyone in the company. Lack of support and they throw you under the bus and push you out if they don’t like you

Terrible management

Pros

None that I’m able to think of

Cons

Northern California management are terrible, especially Hicks. The CEO is worthless and is interested in lining his pockets more than taking care of the employees. In addition, freight is at an all time high yet driver pay is at an all time low. Amazing how that works. Company makes more money and employees continue to work for low wages.
