Pros

Pay is ok and time off is ok. The people are good to work with.

Cons

Management isn’t managing. You are graded with a score card where if you don’t ask 4 questions at the beginning of the call you get an automatic 0. Also if you ask the questions and the customer doesn’t answer with the correct answer or only give you part of the answer you get a zero. But if they say they don’t know it you can continue and not get a zero.
