      Poor Management - Worse Decision Making Skills

      New design to building with new furniture

      Cons

      They run away anyone who is remotely good. The Leadership team -joke! Couldn't lead you out of a paper bag. Some of the poorest decision making skills I have ever seen in my life. It's like a group of morons got together and decided to run a company and no one knew how to lead. This stretches across all of leadership including the entire HR department. The contact center is a joke.

      It's a good company to work for to acquire knowledge and experience. Nice and smart coworkers for the most part.

      Cons

      -Difficult to get promote - A lot of lay offs. -No bonus if you are not at least a manager, however you work the same hours sometime more than a manager.
