Great place to work, HQ has everything from rest to gym. Great leadership and professionals coworkers.

Cons

Some toxic people that never leave because they know they won’t last on any other company

Pros

Quick hiring process. Its hard to get fired.

Cons

Lazy people don't get fired. Outdated systems that hurt fleet up time and overall operations. Union shop. No perks, no culture.

Pros

All the power given to sales employees. Since the area manager is not able to be in every location he trust the employees to run each location themselves. You work as a team to problem solve everyday.

Cons

Shift times. Opening shift you usually arrive at or before 6am Constant customer interaction. If you are not comfortable with this it will be a problem Ability to make decisions. Again you must be willing to make decisions with your coworkers about the location and what needs to be done. There is no playbook to it. Learn as you go and be willing to accept your mistakes.
