      Pros

      The accounts I have handled were pretty easy, even though at times it was kind of tough due to the high volume of work we would get end of the month

      Cons

      Upper management was not the best. They would only see the bad and never the good one would do in their jobs.

      They pay exceptionally well for the work and its easy to move up internally.

      Cons

      Upper management is is more reactive as opposed to proactive.
