      Good place to work. Lots of tenure at the higher levels in the company. Good pay for the industry. Strong industry presence. Good co-workers

      Cons

      High turnover at the rental counter. stressful industry, very time sensitive. Service shops could be more supportive of sales.

      Large company with opportunities to transfer to other facilities. Good place to learn the business but be prepared to do much of the learning on your own.

      Cons

      Large company that doesn't know who's working for them. Surprised by the extent of the micro-managing that happens. HR department is used as a weapon.
