It's Like High School - and not in the good way.
Pros
The benefits package is decent and most entry level people are friendly. The building is secure - badge in and badge out and they take the safety of their employees seriously.
Cons
It's an old boys network. I watched them bring in men from outside of the company and pass over the same woman 3 times for a manager's position then they turned around and asked her to train the men they hired. Where is the logic in that? HR in this building is an issue as they are unable to keep events to themselves; they share the details of an investigation with their friends in the building and it then spreads like wildfire. Nothing is handled privately. If a manager doesn't want an employee to leave their department because it will hurt the manager's bonus then they can block the employee from moving forward in their career.
