      Good pay but no growth potential

      No weekend work and pay is decent.

      Cons

      Management is constantly trying to force drivers into situations that violate dot regulations. Trucks go in for repairs and come back even worse than when they went in. Does not seem to promote from within, after 12 yrs with the same company and applying for a promotion I was told I wasn't even considered.
