No matter what, you must stay as many hours as necessary to ensure a completed job -Opportunity for growth is VERY limited if you are not willing to relocate to a different city or state -Salary does not match workload/responsibility -Can not go to HR or higher ups in hopes of addressing concerns without fear of later being punished/managed out
