Upon offer of job you have to go where there is an open spot if you try to get in by being and operations management trainee or rental management trainee. You have to do a lot of outside training on your own time to keep up. No time to due training while currently on the job. (at least correctly and learning) you can play it on the background like everyone else does and guess when the questions come up. You don't really fail the exams because it plays it over and over until you pass.

You will do more computer work than actual hands on work. The system is designed to fail. Hands on doesn't mean anything. If your numbers look good on the computer. That's all that matters. Have to make up tasks to justify your 8 hrs a day there. Which means charging customers for work that wasn't performed.
