Pros

You get to work on real supply chain problems that actually matter to operations, not just theoretical stuff. Remote flexibility is solid and the work-life balance is fair. The tech stack is modern (Snowflake, Azure, Power BI) and if you're someone who takes initiative, you'll get the chance to own things end-to-end. The people you work with day-to-day are genuinely good and most teams have a collaborative culture.

Cons

Growth from senior level and beyond can be painfully slow even when you're clearly doing the work above your role. Leadership and org changes happen often which resets your visibility and momentum with whoever is advocating for you. Some areas still lack clear ownership so things fall through the cracks or land on whoever is willing to pick them up. Pay doesn't always reflect the scope of what you're actually doing.

Pros

Pay is excellent, don't settle for less. I worked there and was able to hire 3 people in my team for $30,000 to $50,000 more than initially offered.

Cons

Jump over Dollars to save pennies. Focus on BS corporate initiatives instead of what the customer actually needs. Micro Managers, but doesn't add any actual value.

the work environment was so much fun in my opinion

Cons

None, just increase the pay for the work required oh and hr is the worst because it’s just a hotline
