Pros

Some very hard working and dedicated employees. Some employees are very committed to Ryder.

Cons

Very low employee morale. The environment is very negative and employees are not acknowledged for going the extra mile. Training is insufficient and you are not provided with the tools necessary to succeed (if you are an external hire)This sets you up for failure which also blocks you from growth opportunities in other areas.
