      A mess of a company with some diamonds within the grime.

      Pros

      -Money -Most times, it's relaxed. Nobody is on your back unless something is desperately needed to ship out/fixed. -Management is nice, laid back, and does their best to keep the shipping/recieving machine running. -Great people

      Cons

      -The machines are broken, bent or unusable at times. You'd have to share a machine with others if your 'assigned' machine breaks. -Random holes in the ground, able to cause a wheel to fall or get damaged. Hasn't been fixed since start despite many management and corporate eyes viewing them. -Unable to move up without knowledge, and no training course other than an 'offered' first come, first served leadership program. -Although management is nice, some of them have little to no power to add or suggest ideas to GM or higher ups in the company. -Paid FMLA benefits for management and higher, but not for operations or any out on the warehouse floor. They're offered Unpaid FMLA after 1 year.
