3 days on 4 days off then 4 days on 3 day off schedule is nice 12 hour shifts can seem long some days pretty laid back. The actually want to keep employees happy.

Pros

This job is braindead easy, and pays decent. The union is the saving grace for this job.

Cons

Everything else. On a tugger you’ll be exhausted end of day, especially in the summer. If you don’t get overtime, your check is horrible. The management is sheerly incompetent.
