Pay is waaay to low for the hard and extreme labor we do. Never loaded correctly or on time 95% of the time the other 5% is when the my get it somewhat right. They load your trailer with steel then bury all your deliveries out of order, then get an attitude when you have them correct it, and if they do correct it it's going to take 3 hours for them to fix. Management has their favorites, won't ask them to do nothing extra but will call on certain individuals to do the extra work, and will allow the other guys to leave. Monitors certain people barely allows us to take breaks. Make you do other driver jobs and fix their mistakes instead of having the drive that made the mistakes go and correct them. Not a bridge worth saving or going back across.

Entry level so not eligible for bonuses.
