Pros

Great people, really excellent programs (safety, quality and the like) and decent work environments. Ability to grow within the organisation if you are able to move around a bit. Good direction from CEO down. It was a very good experience at Ryder.

Cons

Work life balance is at best unbalanced toward work. Management is expected to do way more with less and less support. No support from HR other than to inform that it is the managers role. expect long days and into your evenings if working there.

Pros

Great Benefits Decent Pay Great training for employees to take advantage of. Can be a good work environment, given the employees at shop.

Cons

The higher ups in the company do not see day to day at the location. The pay could be so much better. Pay is somewhat competitive based on your shop location.
