      Pros

      Company excludes perm entry level employees from company Christmas party. Most people don't know this but this has been going on for many years.

      Cons

      This company would rather fire you to avoid laying off. It's cheaper to fire you than to pay you severance pay. This is not an opinion but the trend this branch has taken over the last year's.

      Can get a ton of training if you go unnoticed by management

      Cons

      Changing hours, terrible management, terrible work environment, ridiculously high turnover rate, management overlooks actually work productivity and cares about how much you kiss butt.
