      Pros

      Great pay and benefits along with excellent ongoing training in the transportation field which is in growth mode.Employees are very professional and nice working atmosphere with jeans on Fridays.

      Cons

      Way too much paperwork and time spend on overwhelming reporting etc so need to hire sales coordinators so sales reps may concentrate on selling.Inside Account Manager position has turned into an administrative position and not a true sales position. These time consuming tasks are holding employees back from earning more commissions & increasing revenues, adding to fleets etc..which is the corporate goal.

      Pros

      Descent 401k, opportunity to purchase Ryder company shares at a 15% discount, education reimbursement, good team environment. If you are good at your job you don't get micromanaged.

      Cons

      Low salary. Multiple instances of employees leaving to go to another company and then company back in order to get a bump in pay. No shift differential pay. Management would rather lose a good employee rather than finding a way to create more opportunities.

      There is a Lower claim count Department is independent of main office secure building sign in/out fair benefits

      Cons

      Never felt that I had job security. There were short tempers and a lot of unnecessary yelling. Told did good job one day and they next day told same job was not a good job.
