      Work 4 days a week mostly, okay pay good running trucks off on weekends

      Don't know your start time for next day until you return from your run. pay system need to be improve.

      Pros

      This was a good job to build up my resume while attending school. I was able to work up from an hourly temp to a CLM. I have grown a lot and learned much more about management and how to lead people.

      Cons

      The location I worked for was perpetually understaffed and constantly looking for help. This was in part due to the uncompetitive pay for both hourly and salary positions. As well the work/life balance was so skewed it was the norm to work 6 days and 60-80 hours a week. Great for hourly but salaried get no comp time or compensation for the work.
